About the Instructor

With over 14 years of intensive meditation training under highly accomplished Tibetan scholar masters close to His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, I have dedicated my life to mastering the art of mind-body healing. My background as a physiotherapist and metaphysician, combined with expertise in Eastern psychology and Eastern medicine, allows me to seamlessly integrate holistic healing techniques with modern physiology and anatomy, ensuring a comprehensive and transformative experience for all participants.
